Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: In-person
Schedule: Part-time, fixed weekly schedule (average 10–15 hours/week)
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Hiring timeline: Open until filled (looking to hire ASAP)


What This Role Does

This role owns day-to-day photography, creative content and email/SMS marketing support. You’ll create, organize and manage the visual and marketing assets used across our website, email, SMS, social media, and in-store marketing.

Responsibilities:


Photography & Editing

  • Product photography for the website
  • Lifestyle photography for email, website, social, ads, and print
  • Organize and manage photo assets so they are easy for the team to access and use


Graphic Design

  • Create branded graphics following existing brand guidelines, including:
    • Website hero images and homepage graphics
    • Promotional and event graphics
    • Digital ad creative
    • In-store signage for sales, promotions, and events


Email & SMS Marketing

  • Create, schedule, and send marketing emails
  • Support email retention efforts (flows and ongoing campaigns)
  • Create and schedule SMS messages
  • Update and maintain email and SMS lists

 

Time Commitment:

  • Average 10–15 hours per week
  • Hours may increase during peak seasons, especially October–December

  • Creative and visually driven
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently
  • Brings ideas and creative input, not just execution
  • Positive, energetic, and easy to work with
  • Comfortable collaborating as part of a team


Experience & Skills:

  • Photography experience
  • Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Comfortable creating basic marketing copy
  • Email marketing experience is a plus (not required)
  • Retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience is a bonus

  • Part-time role with opportunity to grow into a full-time position
